I was able to get them out within 1-2 hours of my call. Angela the office person was so nice. Our two techs were professional, empathetic and kind. Showed up on time and explained things well. I would most certainly think of them first for any remediation help!

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency restoration company. When we needed urgent help, TG showed up fast, took control of the situation, and had demo started the very same day. The entire first floor needed to be addressed, and their team worked quickly, professionally, and with incredible attention to detail. They made a stressful situation feel manageable from the moment they arrived. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They explained what needed to be done, protected the areas they could, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Seeing them complete same-day demo on such a large area was honestly impressive. I’m extremely grateful for their responsiveness, hard work, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or an emergency restoration situation. They truly went above and beyond.

I used Maximum Restoration back in 2022 to resolve an issue that the previous owner left me to deal with. They were professional and thoughtful throughout the process and when I needed additional services, they referred me out to another stellar individual. Recently, I had a concern come up and immediately knew who I'd be calling because of their honesty and exceptional customer service. They came out within an hour of me calling to assess the situation and suggest next steps. They were also transparent about what steps I could personally take to further mitigate the issue. Their assessment gave me peace of mind that the issue was much more manageable than I initially thought. I will continue to use them when needed and refer my friends to them, should they ever need their services as well.

Maximum Restoration is such a fantastic company. I had an emergency with flooding in a property and called the Maximum (my HVAC company sent me their info). Angela was so incredibly helpful and connected me to the tech, TG who assessed the issue and resolved it immediately. I will always use Maximum for any flood or restoration in the future. My insurance company also highly recommended Maximum. Best call of the day!!! Thank you Angela and TG for your help and amazing professionalism.

I had a fire on December 31, 2024 and got in touch with Maximum Restoration and they were on the spot on the same day reassuring me that my house would be restored. All during the project which took one year which was appropriate since the money did not flow until June 2025 The program manager Paul and the site manager Donnie were always willing to answer my phone calls, which at times were many and reassure me that they would address the issues that I presented. I am back in my home in the services that were provided through my contract with Maximum Restoration, which included my house contents, and my clothing were all delivered and the most excellent manner, and I am just so grateful that I initially called Maximum Restoration because once they were on the spot. I did not have to worry. They are very honest and down to earth people, but they are also very professional so once again I just like to thank the team for taking care of my home and restoring it to a much better condition that it is now prior to the fire.
